Salmon Pizza
Ingredients
Dough:
1 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
2 tsp bread machine yeast
Topping:
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 white onion
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp dried dill
150 g smoked salmon
Directions
Prepare pizza dough in the bread maker.
Roll out the dough and spread with the mayonnaise. Slice the onion in rings and spread over mayonnaise. Bake at 500 F for 12 minutes on the lowest rack.
While the pizza crust bakes, mix cream cheese, sour cream and dill.
As soon as the pizza comes out of the oven, spread with the cream cheese mixture and cover with the smoked salmon slices. Serve immediately.
